I need to find a php3 manual online and can't seem to find one. I wish I could use 4 but my customer uses Verio web hosting and refuses to switch. Verio only supports 3.
At www.php.net/manual you will find the manual for both php3 and php4. When looking up functions, you'll just have to check the version support. Best help I can give you.. sorry 🙂

But yeah, I'd stick with the main PHP manual as many times PHP4 specific functions include PHP3 alternatives, be sure to check out user comments too.
