I would like to see if there is anything that I can do to help minimize this from happening (This happens to around 1 out of 20 enteries). Since I don\'t know why this is happening I\'m assuming that it\'s simply slow responce time from the server and people are hitting the submit button twice thinking they didn\'t hit it the first time through... however I am unable to reproduce this problem myself from any remote computers... anyone have any experience with fixing this? (Even the the submit button on this form says \"Press Once To Submit\" so i don\'t think this problem is unique to my situation, but PHP in general)
