PHP and FLASH 5

Hi folks,

does anybody know how to make Flash talkt to a php script and vice versa?

what I need is the following.

I have a flash game that sends some variables (username, game_id) to the php script.
The php script makes a query in the data base and should set some variables in the flash game(username, highscore).

Could anybody please post the code for both, the Flash game and the php script?

to have php talk to a flash animation see:

and for the flash to record the scores send the user from the flash animation to a php script setting the variables (ie: http://yoursite.com/highscore.php?user=bubba&score=-1&rating=drunk)

chattyfig.figleaf.com and enter the words:

"PHP variables"

and you'll get more damn info than you ever wanted!

If you want to send simple stuff to back and forth I know that you can just urlencode whatever you are sending into flash and from the php you can just call the variables that are in flash directly.

Ex. PHP -> Flash

$textbox = urlencode("var=This would be text in Flash");

echo $textbox;
