ICQ and trouble

hi,
i want icq to act specifically when it finds some specific words. i mean like:
when i write
spec: real , i want it to transform real to a hyperlink. i looked throuhh the ICQ API but found nothing about how to parse the contents of the message. anybody has any idea? -and not to mention, mirabilis doesn't have an ICQ SDK.
