Running PHP in CD-ROm

Is it possible to run php and web server (PWS/Apache) in Cd-Rom? and how?

It is possible to write an entire working linux image with servers and everything on CD-Rom but it takes looooots of time and testing, if you have other alternatives, use them!

You're likely to have problems with absolute/relative paths, as you'll never know what drive letter the CD will go on. If you could make something to change the paths in the 2 ini files, then you'd be sorted.

If you can get that done, then it's really simple.

Actually the biggest problem we have had so far getting php to run on a cd has been setting the pid and other log files for apache.

PHP being the wonderful piece of software that it is didnt have a single hitch.
