Hi, I have a website in PHP where the user can upload a picture from his/her local hard drive to the remote server and then the page automatically updates itself with the newly added picture. To achieve this the host does have to NOT have safe_mode, meaning safe mode must be DEACTIVATED otherwise it will not be possible to upload the picture.
Does anyone know of any PHP host who offers this service free of charge or at a low fee???
