hey, ive got this badass module which does SMS (short message service == wireless text messaging) and supports virtually all carriers in the US and soon (a month or so) it will support virtually all carriers world-wide. i mean theres a module for almost everything else and i feel SMS would be a cool addition.

simply put, SMS is the sending of text messages to phones, pagers, or anything else that support it. and with this SMS module you would be able to send a text message to almost any wireless device regardless of carrier with as little as two lines of code.

That sounds ace. That's exactly the sort of stuff PHP needs to keep perl-using PHP-haters at bay.

I imagine if you emailed zeev or someone at php.net then they'll be able to help you.

yeah, the PHP SMS module should be released this weekend from <a href="http://www.simplewire.com">Simplewire</a>. check it out.
