Hi! I have got a little problem with the mail() function. I want to send a mail over my Web.de freemail account but I need to send my Username and my Password to their SMTP Server. Does anybody know some Parameters that are usually used for sending such Information??

can't do this, try to connect manualy over socket and then use the protocol 😉
you can simulate it with telnet to port 25 to see how it's working
