OK, plain and simple.
I read a lot about Php, but I know squat. I learned html by trying, so I intend to do the same with php. Unfortunately I don't have a Lan connection or cable access, so I have to pay per minute.
Obviously, since its going to take ages to try everything out, I don't intend to learn it all online.
But my lil pc is not capable of understanding php when I'm offline.
I thought of setting up a server, to use it offline, but that seems like killing a fly with a tomahawk missle, besides the fact that I wouldn't know how to set up a server. 😉
Anyways, is there software available so I can test my php scripts and play a bit with the possibilities while I am offline?
