RTF to Plain Text conversor

I´m looking for a RTF to Plain Text conversor.

The script of Markus Fischer is not fully functional. The symbols like º, ª, ...
and special characters like vocals with acutes are not recognized.

I tried many conversors from RTF to HTML and is the same.

Anybody can help me?

Try to rewrite the delphi function of http://www.gnomehome.demon.nl/uddf/. thisone is working well and there you can see how to do it.
