25 megs? how stingy could they possibly be? when 40gig hard drives cost 99 bucks, i would think they wouldn't really care about hard drive space.
nemo.phpwebhosting.com in my opinion is much better. they offer unlimited hard drive space -- and t1 bandwidth which is plenty fast enough for most instances (not to mention they don't care how much bandwidth you use per month). those two factors alone -- unlimited hard drive space and unlimited bandwidth -- are worth every penny of the 10 dollars they charge per month. they have pretty much anything you could ask for application wise, and actually, i've had them add a few perl modules that i needed and they did it with no questions asked. hell, they even offer https for free.
sorry, but if you are going to advertise for webservers, i feel it is only fair i give my opinion as well.
