Looking for a Good Hosting Provider

Hi. I'm looking for a Host that supports PHP with the following features:

1) Good customer support
2) Unlimited Transfer (or close to). This is VERY IMPORTANT (the main reason for switching providers) I currently transfer close to 40 gigs a month.
3) Good control panal.

Can someone suggest some sites? Again unlimited transfer if very important.

They have Un-metered transfer too, is that what you are looking for?

I've got around 5GB of MP3 files I want to host from live recordings. The band own them and have given permission for them to be archived, but phpwebhosting said no.

Really Richard? I was under the impression that they allowed some filed downloading as long as the soul purpose of the site is not for the downloading of this material (like a warez or napster type site). But they do say "No file archives/download only sites " so they must have felt you fell in that category.

So if I was advertising my software and you could download it from the net, then I would not be able to host it with them?

Just because the files are MP3 and there are a lot of them, why does everyone think it MUST be illegal?

I don't know what their reasons are, Richard, but I was thinking they were wanting to protect their other customers from your visitors sucking up bandwidth, I don't know that it has anything to do with legality. But I might be wrong, I guess PHPwebhosting would know better than me.
