Anybody knows where can I find a good forum code. I want to add a forum to my site and I really don't want to code from scratch.

This "forum" is very phorum-like in fact. I wonder if it is phorum based.

This is running phorum.
I recommend phpbb.com for a more full featured (UBB-like) forum.
It is Phorum, hacked a little in places. Always has been. Pity Tim didn't see fit to leave the Phorum logo...

It was down yesterday. I suspect they've outgrown their resources. They should get their bandwidth back starting tomorrow (new month).
