PHP/Java Script clock

Hi!

I need a plain text clock (hh.mm) on a site that is syncronised with the server time, not the visitors computer. I guess I have to use some Java Script because I want the clock to update without reloading the page.

I would also like the page to reload at given times (server time) 06.00, 12.00, 18.00 and 00.00. Probably also using Java Script.

Is this possible...? How?
