Php/MySQL/SSL (https)

Does anyone know any good tools/books for setting up a secure server with php & mysql. I have the php manual all printed out (php.net) and a few books on php & mysql, but I'm not to sure on implimenting it securely.
MySQL is slightly harder to find referance to, I've looked at www.mysql.com, and been through their manual, and have a book on it.
And SSL/https is near impossible to find info on! Anyone know any good sites, on how to set one up.
Are there any good snipets of code around, or useful tools. Maybe a basic site someone has setup that I could download, and disect.

I tossed the exe's online for you you can dl them their sometimes they are kinda hard to figure out what you need. those works for win2k professional and iis, as for tutorial info ect try

If you know linux at all then you could run like debian or stormix or something and its super easy to setup. Little bit to lock up a little tighter but its pretty much just
apt-get install apache-ssl
apt-get install php-whateveritis
apt-get install mysql...whateveritis

and it istalls it all for you, but you should to through and set up the confs.
