I'm looking for a program to create forms with ODBC-connection. I need to display / alter data in a database and I'm tired of make the same code over and over.
Any suggestions ?

Bjorn, This script is a form wizard for php and mysql, but it is very simple to go through and change your mysql statements to odbc statements. It might not be what you needed but it doesn't hurt to take a look... http://www.angelfire.com/co2/jpnarain/wizard2.tar.gz
