HELP can't find a good mail program

I need something that either works like the PlusMail Email System or I need to find out where to buy/lease/ or download PlusMail.

I have looked and looked, and this thing is everywhere, but I can't find where to get it.

Or something an awful lot like it. I would actually prefer a really good IMAP/PHP system for users, but the ones I've looked at have too much, all we want to do is allow the users to add aliases, forward email, and set up an autoresponder. Bear with me I'm brand new to Linux administration, but it seems like I could write a program which allowed them to write to their .forward file, and maybe pipe an alias to a program to send the autoresponder, but I'm confused about how to allow users to add aliases. I use linuxconf, and I haven't quite got everything set up yet, I'm going to read about and set up virtual mail servers tomorrow, but once I get that done, I'll need some way to allow users to manage their mail.

If your looking for a PHP WebMail system where users can check their E-Mail using IMAP or POP3 using PHP you may want to check out the Project called HORDE/IMP cause it is an awesome PHP WebMail System that is OpenSource. You can check out their website at: http://www.horde.org
