I want to Conf. my PHP webserver

sir/mam,

I had started php and i am unable to configure the webserver Apache 1.3.12(win32).
my system configuration is

Pentium MMX 225MHz,
128 MB Ram,
Win 2000 Operating System,
4.2GB HardDisk,
IntelChipset.

for my system, which webserver will be suitable and pl, do get the full details about how to start and configure the webserver.

check the file http.conf

change the line

1 )ServerName new.host.name

to ServerName localhost

2) plus add these lines

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
Addtype application/x-httpd-php .php
Addtype application/x-httpd-php .php3
Addtype application/x-httpd-php .phtml
Addtype application/x-httpd-php .x
Action application/x-httpd-php "/cgi-bin/php.exe"

3 )and also copy the php.exe file to the cgi-bin directory

now php programs r working fine.
