Session error

I have already edited the two files in php, the php.ini-dist and php.ini-optimized.

session.save_handler = files ; handler used to store/retrieve data
session.save_path = C:\WINDOWS\TEMP ; argument passed to save_handler

but is still giving me this warnings:

make sure the file is called php.ini and is located in c:\windows (it might also be c:\windows\system). you might want to search here on phpbuilder.com for previous posts regarding this.
