Hello, I would like to know how many time is needed to build a 10 simple (static) pages application with PHP and a 10 (complex) dynamic pages application with PHP too. Thanks.

It depends on how you design things, what your doing and how fast you can type.
The language itself is very easy to write, but if you don't understand programming concepts it could be hard for you to develop a application in any lanauage.
