I must build an Intranet based on a server oriented object (StarTeam). I must choose between JSP and PHP to develop this site. Which is the most portable language and which uses most simply possible the classes JAVA?
I want to know the basic difference between jsp and php.
My requirment is :
Create some dynamic column charts that can be viewed using any browser . I donot want to use Applet. I want to use pure HTML. The output should have good look.
