Does anyone know where I can download PWS? Microsoft only included it in the Win98 CD and I have WinME. Thanks.
PWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think pws was rolled into the winnt option pack
http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/nts/downloads/recommended/NT4OptPk/default.asp
.... which won't help someone running ME as it's based on 9X and although it is in the NT4 Option pack the setup looks for NT4 (I think).
Just install Apache instead, it's far better, more stable, and free.

the nt4 option pack is misleading because it actually installs IIS on winnt4 and PWS on win95/win98. the documentation hasn't been updated for WinME, but if the installer works for win98 then it should install on WinME.
i agree about installing apache. there are very few reasons to install pws over apache
Oh does it? I didn't know that.

is there any alternative which is as powerful for feature rich for asp as pws, if there is then from where can i get it.
i've heard that some chilliasp is an alternative has anybody used it, please tell me about it.
if you need ASP support then the only game in town is PWS (not suitable for production environments) and IIS.
chiliasp i think is a commercial program that adds ASP support on unix servers (and some windows servers).
