How To Configure msql on win 9x

Hello,
i am a student and very interested in php prgramming.i have been using ASP for server side scripting.now i am switching over to php.i have no expreience of PHP.i have configured msql on windows me.and now i want to configure msql on windows Me.
1) where can i download it?
2) how can i configure it?
Please help Me keeping in mind that i don't have any experience of msql.

Go to www.nusphere.com and have a look at their 'packages' you can get all you need preconfigured in one download by registering.
