converting "include" asp files to php

I have an asp site. just changed host to use php ...
I'm wondering how the "include virtual" in asp can be used in php.

basically I want the contents of a links file to be seen on some pages so that when I change a link I don't need to change it on all pages individually.

Can anyone help?
