Cookie Update

I would like to know the reason for a strange behavior happening with my app.

I have a list box in which the user can changes continously and for each option selected, i save 3 cookies if they are not present or update the cookies present. But after selecting or changing 6 options, it logs me out of my app as the cookies are not available at that point.

this is repeatable at every 6th option.

any idea ??

I'm not sure of the technicalities of this one, but a cookie will not necessarily be available to the page immediately upon setting. I had this problem a week ago, but my standard method of syructuring things means that I force a header() once a cookie has been set. Not elegant, but hell, it appears to work.
