I'm currenly searching for a programmer to code in PHP a file management system. This system will be the primary focus of my site. I had a programmer already working on a version, but do to communcations problems, and a very long delay, I have started searching for another programer.
This will be a single service project, with possible support requests at a later date:
SCOPE: I'm trying to provide a database of 3D models from various programs all focused around the theme of Science Fiction. I have a growing base of users, all excited about sharing they're amazing creations. All I need is a functional database. My site is: www.scifi-meshes.com
The database needs to have the following abilities:
- Login (based on your Forums login and pass so you'll only need one password etc)
- Download count
- Upload ability, with hold till approved by Admin.
- IP loggin and banning for abusive users or other sites trying to link to us.
- Hidden model location so it's harder to link to us.
- Password protected zips with automatic email of key when you download. (basically we'll password all the files before uploading.. then we just need to have the server email the USER, with the passwords we created.
- A link to uploaders site and credits.
- (not on beta) A fully 3D model of the ships online so you can rotate / zoom / pan before you download to make sure it's what your looking for. (This will be accomplished with ViewPoint's model viewer. The programmer need not worry about this ability now, just set up the layout so that the page has a image block.. ie screenshot, or image of the model. I will then later replace that with the MTX file that will allow for the 3D viewing.)

My server is currently on and dual T-3. I have working MySQL database. CGI scripting is not a viable option at this time, but has not been ruled out.
