please help me
i already make a new user login page, and then when the username and password true then i use a header to jump a new page/location
i use
header ("location: files.php");
but when i jump to the other page i always get this

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at open.php:12) in C:\HTTPD\HTDOCS\tkomp\loginuser.php on line 16

how to make the header not fault ??
please help me ?

Nicky..somewhere in your script before you call your header line you are already printing data out to the page. A header line has to be before any data has already been displayed. Normally you would submit a form to a "loginuser.php" and the first lines would only be the actions (db connect or whatever) and then you write your redirect header. You cannot have any html tags or echos or prints in between. I'd check that.

can u tell me what that mean output started at open.php :12 ??
in my open.php, i only write a database and i use a function and the information like
$dbname ='data';
$dblocal='localhost';
and i not write echo or html tags in open.php
but in my loginuser.php i use a ehco, so i must del the echo in loginuser.php hah ??
please tell me..
