Does frontpage understand PHP

My boss want to use frontpage when he wants to
check my php code. So do I have to write code with
HTML and <?PHP?> or can frontpage understand PHP.

php is html-embedded language. so you just mix your php code with html-tags. so you have to use first method.

FromtPage is a Microsoft product so they will go out of their way to make it incompatible with php. You can find a good shareware editor called UltraEdit. There is also something called PHPEd, which is apparently also very good.

Like you, I think that there is no idea to look code in frontpage and I'm already using the great application ULTRAEDIT.
So I just have to tell my boss that no way, because I won't code two languages in same code (everything can be done with PHP). I think that switching between PHP and HTML is just one mess.
