When looking at email through a text only web based email program, and attachment shows as this:
--=====================323769255==
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed
This is another test of an attachment
--=====================323769255==
Content-Type: image/gif; name="track.gif";
x-mac-type="47494666"; x-mac-creator="4A565752"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="track.gif"
R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBTAA7
--=====================323769255==--
Looking at this it says the attachment name is track.gif.
Is that file actually saved on the server somewhere or do you need to decode the information above to get the actual file.
I am using a Linux box with normal setup.
My mail spool is in, /home/spool/mail
Thanks in advance.
