PHP/Mysql Consultant/Partner Opportunity

Hi,

I live in Melbourne, Australia and together with our company, we are developing a e commerce venture, plugging a niche market which is not yet exploited.

We are looking for a php/mysql guru to join us as a partner, we have developing the concept for 2 years now and the site is up and running. We would like to find someone to assist in installing a php shopping cart and making some modifications, namely the inclusion of a serial number which conforms with Modulus 10.

However, in the event we can't find that person as partner, we are happy to pay for consulting fees ..as long as its reasonable !!
