How can I use PHP to access MS ACCESS like with MySQL?

And also I would like to use the following URL format that I have seen PHP sites using:

http://domain.com/phpscript.php/something/data/data1

I get 404 whenever I try that on my Win2K intranet. Can someone help?

Not sure about the URL problem since I've not actually seen the format you mention in action, but it might have a relationship to Apache's mod_rewrite. I don't know if there is an equivalent for IIS. Regarding the MS Access question, read the following tutorial. It should get you started off in the right direction:
