Rgd Mail function....

Hi there..
using php/apache on an NT client box.. i know its nota good combo.. but..
Currently the problem is ... I am trying to send mail thru the php function.. already I have the Outlook thing configured and working properly in my machine.. this mail function is failing with an error .. "unknown error..." on mail function.. anyone with similar experience
?
it worked for me when I tried with a linux box with above config and it was successfull... what is wrong with Windows nt?
or me?

Ranjith,

I think the mail function uses sendmail and it doesn't piggy back on outlook. I have a mailserver called ofsmrv or something. It sends a mail thru that. You may have to install something like that.
