I am looking for first, the base scripting that could suffice to serve as a job posting board (similar to monster.com or headhunter.net) -- needs to have multiple levels of users (job seeker, advertiser, system admin, recruiter/company)
any thoughts? would help work colabratively if such doesn't exist.
