It depends on how you learn. If your hands on find someone who knows it and have then teach you, if you can read well by the rhino o'reilly Javascript book and read it and practice. www.devshed.com will have some help in there javasvcript forum and there articles. I learned by down loading a bunch of scripts and playing with them and I took a class as well.
