WebSite systems? (not portal systems...)

I am creating several websites, and was just trying out both phpnuke & geeklog but they are more for news articles, etc.

I do not need a web portal system(maybe for another project) but a website system that allows me to configure and setup the pages to my liking...any recommendations and what category would this be under over on hotscripts? I hope I am explaining myself clearly here. I love the setup of both nuke and geeklog. I am an intermediate PHP user. Please help.

Check out templates (described on this site and elsewhere). This is a way to separate out presentation from logic so that you can easily make changes to the look without impacting the PHP functionality you write.

Templates? Sp that's what I been trying to describe here that would be similiar to web portals? I want it for a website content, and not for articles/news content...just making sure first. I looked up templates on this site, see some articles, will read those.

Are there any setup like PhpNuke or GeekLog, where the theme, boxes, etc... is already set up and I just add text content for a regular website?
