Does anyone know where to locate php and mysql programmers in the Minneapolis area who would like to get together and build a project?
The local issue is just a hope, however if there are any PHP gurus in the forum who are interested I would be happy to share.
The project will utilize a mysql database backend and a php front-end to operate a marketing tool for web publishers. (Think bcentral meets mypoints.)
