best php editor for newby

I\'m very very newby in Php and I whant to know two thing\'s.

1-what is the best Php editor (for newbies / and for pro)..?

2 - there is any program to edit php , whith a view like frontpage....?

best thing to start with is PFE ( Programmers File Editor) or Nedit or Ultraedit..

I use all three and i would never want to pickup bad habbits from using anything too wysiwyg
