proxy problem

I'm working in a company who have filtered some sites (almost all the sites) in the net, for some dammed reasons. Is there a way I can by pass the proxy or trick the proxy that I'm accessing this site (e.g. www.phpbuilder.com) but in fact I'm in www.yahoo.com. Any suggestions?

How about asking your company to remove the filter.
