Best host for PHP and MySQL

I want to use PHP and MySQL on a website.

What is the best host to use? Also, can this host have more than one MySQL database and can you link into it from another website.

I'm currently using FutureQuest.com for most of my sites.

I'm hosting a site with aletia.net and have found them very good with the exception of a few days where they changed locations. I would recommend them!

I use 'Simply Names' (www.simplynames.com) for all of my sites. The servers are very quick and (touch wood!) have never suffered any downtime.

The prices are quite good also....
