Yes. http://www.f2s.com is a good one. Has support for PHP, MYSQL, and cgi. Plus there aren't any ads forced upon you.

I've tried the search box, about 12 times, it doesnt work so dont be a bi*** about it k?
I entered free host and got over 1000 messages, google will list 100's of pages
its all there!
