Can anyone enlighten me on a project I am about to do... I am thinking of building a page with common dynamic content. Lft column will have two dynamic includes a "who we are" and an "activities". The right column will be titles from the message board and a snip of each message. Center area is unique to each page. Will each include need to be read each time there is a page change? Maybe I should change dynamically the center area.... I am sick of frames.
This will not get alot of traffic, but I am curious of how others would handle it and why.
