ok ive been given a task by my mean boss hes given me 359 details of people including where they live, the areahow many bedrooms who they live with etc now he has to interview 150 of them he wants to keep a balanced range so the first idea that comes to mind is to do 75 random men and 75 random women but he doesn’t want this he wants equal representation of how many bedrooms e.g 0-4 or by how many people they live with all this has to be included aaaaah ive tried the idea of using ratios and the idea of using percentages percentages has worked to an extend, but I need a formula so I can insert it into Microsoft excel please please please HELP! please hurry
