Virus Scan while uploading files

Hai every body!
My company is in B2B . I want sujjestion regarding virus scan while uploading file from browser to server. We developed web site in java. In java we are using blob method to upload file upto 2 mb and inserting into database. But we want to do scan before storing data into database. Can any one give sujjestion.

I'm Madhavi working for Deere. I'm also looking for a nice and clean solution to upload a file eaither to a DB2 or to a file structure. Would you let me know if you find any solution?

Hi Kirthi and Madhavi,
I am also facing a similar issue. In my case, I am using Java Server Pages as the front-end application for "Documentum" which is acting as backend. JavaBeans are used to contain business logic. I upload a file to a temporary directory (not using blob method, but by using a "File Upload Bean" before it is finally transferred to the document management system. I need to scan the files on the server side and reject those which are corrupted by viruses, trojans etc. Please let me know as well if you find any useful information.

Please help me. I have a document which I am storing as BLOB in database. but before saving it I have to virus scan the document and if virus found tell the user that virus has been found.

Has anyone done this. If yes please solve my problem . This is very urgent , so please forward your replies to [e-mail]
