I know this isn't the most secure way.
But, when I try the following:
mkdir($basedir.$userid,0777);
And I go into my FTP Program to allow the
clients HR staff to upload to that
directory, they get a 553 Permission Denied error on the FTP Client.
I thought 0777 gave access to the world.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
