Mass Emailing ?

Well my problem is I have a 300 members database to email. whats my best option ?

(small note members db is mysql)

I don't know how robust mail() is so I thought I'd ask you guys what my best option is.

mail() can work with 300 emails quite efficiently

use "while" loop to execute the mailing script.
