mail() onb my server sucks ass.. its hella slow, so php reaches its max executioin time in about 20 emails. I have to send a newsletter to about 100,000 people (Ahh!). Could anyone point me to a mailing this script that can possibly handle all these?

Put set_time_limit(0); in your script.
