Unable to access C:\\Folder\\ ......

I'm trying to create form and PHP script for sending some local file like e-mail attachment. I have simple exapmle on http://www.demoux.iol.cz/test/form.htm
(send.php). There is an error message:
Unable to access C:\WINDOWS\ ... (file which was choosen).
I was trying to find some help, but no sucess. Please help. Thanks.

I'm kind of a newbie 2 so its quiete possible that I am wrong :o) but I think the problem is that apache can't get files out of his own directory for security reasons, Under unix you could try exec(); to copy the file into the apache directory, but under windows i dont know..

there s a section on paths reachable by php in php.ini.
Just put your ressource in include_path un unquote th line (there's one line for window.
