I have 2 problems.
My site is hosted on www.cihost.com on a shared account.
I have a nice site, with some users.
Since a few days i have more users...and server is giving me problems like

AND
Fatal error: out of dynamic memory in yy_create_buffer() in Unknown on line 0
Is it because of my site and its users ?
Is it because my site is bad programed and uses to much memory ?
How can i know that. ?

My second problem is that i have a user that i want to ban. Now I can ban his account with cookies (for not showing the registration link), but if he deletes the cookie he can create another account. Can i do something about that ?
Is there a good methode to ban someone from a web site.
(all users must register in my site to get in)
Please help me.
