PHP and JVM problem

JVM crashes after each reloading
First when I load page witch using JVM, it is loaded corectly, but reloading after some timeout or loading same site twice causes:
"Fatal Error: Unable to create Java Virtual Machine". I configure my environemt by article on this site "PHPBuilder", but it does not runs. I'm running Apache under Win2k and PHP is loaded as sapi, jdk is 1.3.1 from Sun. PLEASE HELP ME, THANKS.

I have had troubles on Windows running PHP and Java... but that might be a good starting point for you.
