programs for writing php code

program specialized for writing php
source code (including highlighting, etc.).

Under windows: textpad, editplus, homesite
Under unix: glimmer, phped

There are PHP Editors,
There's a Good one Called PHP Coder, and its free.
you can get it from downloads.com

and I've never used it, but I know that macromedia dreamweaver 4 supports PHP.

I got that one,its good, defo worth a look.

on the NT4 boxes at my work, and the W2K here at home I use homesite, in Linux at work and here I use Quanta. They understand and highlight PHP correctly as long as the extention is .php (or .php3, etc). However I know homesite falls down if you use php code in .html pages.
